Who does not want to receive something for FREE? Various companies want loyal customers and the way to hook you is the word "free"!

There are different ways that companies to this. It may take a little effort on your part, but obviously is a win-win situation.

1. Take surveys!

Surveys help companies get feedback about products to do a better job. They get survey companies to pay you to complete the surveys, like MySoapBox, iPoll and smiley360.

2. Write letters!

If you LOVE a product, write the company and tell them! Ask for free samples or coupons for being a loyal customer.

3. Start a product review blog!

Contact companies to send you free products to review in return for free publicity on your blog.

4. Check-out freebies websites!

Find freebies websites you like and join their newsletters. Constant updates of samples and offers will be made available that pertain to your country. For example, I like Fantastic Freebies.

Why go out and spend money if you do not have to? I like to call it "retail therapy". The rush one gets when obtaining something you really like and can use for free.

Good luck on your frugal finds!
