You will not get rich doing this however if you answer a lot of surveys, the small amount you earn for each, adds up -similar to if you're a writer with Hubgarden!

There are many sites that you can do surveys for, and currently I have chosen about 8 of the ones I considered the best.

They are all not all Australian companies, as some of these companies are world wide.

You do have to beware of "shonky" ones and investigate each one online before you sign up.

If they are offering $50 per survey, stay away from them, as you generally need to sign up and pay for these.

You do not get junk mail as a result of signing up to the survey sites, and signing up should always be free. If it is not, do not use that site.

There is a central site that lists quite a lot of the others, and if you see one you would like, I would suggest you do a search on the Company, or search under "Review of ..." and see what comes up.

The surveys are often repetitive if you have signed up with several, and the most annoying part of this is that you have to answer some questions first to see if each survey is suitable to you.

You will therefore waste some time answering the first few questions and then being "screened out" of the service.

I do not quite understand some of these as you do have to put some information in about yourself so that they can direct appropriate surveys to your Inbox. This does not seem to happen always.

The pay is very little - about $1 average, and a lot of them work in points instead of dollars, and you then convert your points.

These can be converted to Coles or Woolworths, given to charity or some offer paying into your Paypal account.

Some of them also give points into monthly draws, however I am very suspicious of these, and have not ever won anything this way so am not sure if they are genuine!

It is not something you will make heaps of money doing, however if you have spare time, are stuck at home, or just enjoy being on the computer, then these surveys can add up, and give you some extra pocket money.

Ones I could recommend are:

Global Test Marketing
Mint Surveys
Opinion World
My Survey
Valued Opinion
My View
Your Voice

However, I would suggest before you go into this, that you check each one out yourself.

Here is a general discussion board, that is not recent however, could help in your decision of how to choose.
