Page 80 tells of women in the state of Alabama (United States) who help nourish the body and soul of people in need. The women are called Grace's Kitchen and serve 250-300 people a week and spend about $600.00. Along with grits, they serve eggs and love. One recipe shared by the ladies is Cheesy Grits. The recipe calls for:
shredded cheddar cheese
It takes 25 minutes and serves eight.
